New Patients
Your First Visit with Us
Your first visit will consist of an exam, a full set of x-rays, and a cleaning. For emergencies, you can expect a thorough evaluation including an exam and x-rays, as needed, to help better identify how we can get you out of pain. When you call to make an appointment, we will check your insurance coverage for you before you come in. You will also get access to our online patient portal to view all the forms needed before you get to our office. Forms are also available in the office if you are unable to fill them out online. During your visit, you can expect our team to go over all your treatment options and guide you toward your next steps of achieving good oral health.
Insurance and Payments
Dealing with insurance companies can sometimes feel like a hassle. Our goal is to make your dental visit as seamless and stress-free as possible. If you have dental insurance, our team will submit and follow up on your insurance claim for you. During your visit, we will give you an estimate of your out-of-pocket cost. If you have a balance due, it can be paid during the visit via cash, check, credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover), FSA/HSA card, or through our secure online payment portal.
We accept all major dental PPO insurances including the following, but not limited to:
